Hung.market is a peer-to-peer discovery platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of digital assets, including but not limited to Roblox limited items, usernames, Discord handles, and other virtual collectibles.

Important: Hung.market acts as a marketplace facilitator, not as a party to any transaction. We provide tools for discovery, communication, reputation tracking, and transaction facilitation, but all trades are conducted directly between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Users must not attempt to manipulate trust scores or reputation systems.
• Listing fake, stolen, or fraudulently obtained items is strictly prohibited.

5. Trust & Reputation System

Our trust score system is designed to help users make informed decisions. However:

• Trust scores are based on historical platform activity and are not guarantees.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before trading.
• Manipulation of the trust system will result in permanent account suspension.

6. Middleman Services

For high-value trades, we offer verified middleman services. When using a middleman:

• Both parties must agree to middleman involvement before proceeding.
• Middleman decisions are made based on platform records and evidence provided.
• Users must cooperate with middleman requests for information.

7. Fees

Hung.market may charge fees for certain services, including escrow transactions and premium features. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you commit to any transaction.

Users may not:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• List items you do not own or cannot legitimately transfer
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform security measures
